Our Process

Inground Vinyl Liner Pool Construction

Step 1 - Onsite Meeting for pool installation

Before any construction starts we will have a site meeting to finalize the size, shape, and location of the pool.

Step 2 - Excavation

The first step of construction is excavation, in the event that we hit a high water table or ledge we will notify you of any changes or extra expenses.

Step 3 - Set Walls and Stairs

After excavation is done we will set the aluminum walls and the stairs. We will make sure everything is perfectly level with a laser level.

Step 4 - Pour Concrete

Once the walls and stairs are set we will pour a concrete collar around the outside of the pool, pour the bottom of the deep end, and pour the bottom of the shallow end. After we are done pouring concrete the electrician is good to come and do any electrical work that is needed.

Step 5 - Plumbing

At this stage we will do all of our plumbing, and set up all of the pool equipment. (Pump, Filter, Salt System, Heater)

Step 6 - Backfill and Grade

After the plumbing and electrical is complete we will backfill and rough grade for the patio.

Step 7 - Vermiculite Bottom

Once we have finished backfill and grading, we will vermiculite the bottom of the pool. At this stage we will need access to a hose and power.

Step 8 - Install Vinyl Liner

Next is Install the vinyl liner. We will put down foam padding in the shallow end, and install the liner with a special vacuum to insure a perfect fit without any wrinkles.

Step 9 - Fill with Water

The final step in construction is have the water truck fill the pool to halfway up the skimmer.

Step 10 - Enjoy your new Pool!

Once construction is complete we will answer any questions you might have, drop off any accessories outlined in the contract, and go over basic pool care.
